Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rene Rostholm took the kick off in the first half of the match. When George Grönlund fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Randers A.F.C.'s protests and gave George Grönlund a yellow card for diving instead. George Grönlund hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Randers A.F.C.'s Nik Frisendal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 15 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Rostholm came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Rene Rostholm tried to sneak it across the goal line. Randers A.F.C.'s Benjamin Vollmaris managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hugo Ferrant in the 21 minute of the game. Rene Rostholm received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Rene Rostholm slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 22nd minute. Rene Rostholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Rene Rostholm dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 5-0. Hugo Ferrant charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Ferrant the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Randers A.F.C.'s Grisha Mbappè was substituted for Sigismund Ravnskjold. In the 30th minute, Hugo Ferrant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Puig's late challenge caught a Randers A.F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lautaro Puig helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Rene Rostholm tried to sneak it across the goal line. Randers A.F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Børge Buhr in the 34th minute. The corner ended in Børge Buhr almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz did a great save. Benito Sanz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rene Rostholm showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 39 minute of play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nik Frisendal in the 43rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rene Rostholm in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Nik Frisendal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 7-0 in the 48 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Tasis to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Nik Frisendal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nik Frisendal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 56 minutes, Alan Moruga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Randers A.F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Rene Rostholm put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. 64 minutes into the game, Randers A.F.C.'s Rene Rostholm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. 93 minutes into the game, Bruno Steenbeck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 13-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 96 minutes into the match, Bruno Steenbeck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Steenbeck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 14-0.
