Axl Rose might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sivert Frykberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axl Rose ran back to his position shaking his head. Sivert Frykberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Bittor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Måns Petersson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gerard Way took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sivert Frykberg. Sivert Frykberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 54 minutes into the game, Howling Dawn U18's Gerard Way nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sivert Frykberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Sivert Frykberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axl Rose in the 60th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Albins Kamrater defense, Gerard Way kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sivert Frykberg. The Albins Kamrater fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sivert Frykberg should have stopped the shot. 72 minutes into the match, Albins Kamrater's goal looked a bit too open when Axl Rose came free, but Sivert Frykberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sivert Frykberg was a little too slow when Baltasar Walme got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-6. Sivert Frykberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Scott Weiland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baltasar Walme got free with Sivert Frykberg in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santos Hori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Måns Petersson in the 95th minute of play. When the match was over Howling Dawn U18 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Albins Kamrater throughout the match.
