The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Benicio Santxol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseu Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseu Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidnei Dionísio in the 18th minute of play forced A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's goalkeeper Benicio Santxol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 played minutes A.F Cuervos Azulgranas got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Gai. 26 minutes into the game, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Eliseu Alagoano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benicio Santxol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Alagoano in the 28th minute of play forced A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's goalkeeper Benicio Santxol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseu Alagoano in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benicio Santxol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sidnei Dionísio kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. When 卡納里尼奧 FC's Elias Damasceno in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's goalie prevented a goal. When Sidnei Dionísio got free in front of the goal in the 46th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Benicio Santxol was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elias Damasceno to make the kick off. Elias Damasceno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Benicio Santxol made a huge save. In the 54thth minute of the game Elias Damasceno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's Benicio Santxol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 55 minutes A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Severino da Cunha who took care of the corner kick. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Elias Damasceno sped through A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benicio Santxol. After 63 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Sidnei Dionísio. Sidnei Dionísio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benicio Santxol having to interfere. In the 70thth minute of the game Elias Damasceno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's Benicio Santxol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benicio Santxol stood somewhat misplaced when Elias Damasceno came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 75 minute. After 80 minutes of play, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Elias Damasceno made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benicio Santxol was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Régis Vides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseu Alagoano did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Benicio Santxol 87 minutes into the match. Elias Damasceno's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Benicio Santxol firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 94 minutes, Elias Damasceno made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's Benicio Santxol tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
