In a very dangerous position, a player in 卡納里尼奧 FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! After 21 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Elias Damasceno. João Vítor Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valério Xavier in the 25th minute of play. After 31 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseu Alagoano. Valério Xavier took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Vítor Guimarães. João Vítor Guimarães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

João Vítor Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diguinho de Godoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After a rather tough play, FC Barrera 2.0's Gabriel Velasco got a free kick in the 84th minute. Thomás Travassos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseu Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valério Xavier got free with João Vítor Guimarães in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valério Xavier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Vítor Guimarães having to make a save. FC Barrera 2.0's Thomás Travassos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor da Costa in the 93rd minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, Mazinho Mattos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Barrera 2.0's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 卡納里尼奧 FC the free kick. The supporters of 卡納里尼奧 FC booed when FC Barrera 2.0 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mazinho Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Barrera 2.0's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
