In the 9th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wlodzimierz Kilarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karol Sitko's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. With a little luck, Boreham Wood FC's Wlodzimierz Kilarski got control of the ball when Sebastian Villa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wlodzimierz Kilarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 18th minute of the match. Sebastian Villa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wlodzimierz Kilarski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Juliusz Popowicz in the 29 minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Wlodzimierz Kilarski in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Miroslaw Mindykowski hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Wlodzimierz Kilarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Edmundo Espiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wlodzimierz Kilarski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Moises Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wlodzimierz Kilarski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Honduras were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Boreham Wood FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edmundo Espiga took the corner. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wlodzimierz Kilarski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Wlodzimierz Rutecki tried in the game's 39th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Wlodzimierz Kilarski. An annoying self made goal, 2-1. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 44th match minute, Boreham Wood FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tytus Juroszek to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in action when he in the 46th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karol Sitko was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Boreham Wood FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karol Sitko to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wlodzimierz Kilarski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 64thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boreham Wood FC's Wlodzimierz Kilarski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karol Sitko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Juliusz Popowicz in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. 74 minutes into the match, Boreham Wood FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Wlodzimierz Kilarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wlodzimierz Kilarski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmundo Espiga went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Boreham Wood FC's Wlodzimierz Kilarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st match minute, Boreham Wood FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juliusz Popowicz to maneuver through the defense. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. In the 87th minute, Edmundo Espiga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. In the 91st minute Luca Espinar suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 91 minutes of play Boreham Wood FC's Miroslaw Mindykowski was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Honduras made a substitution. Alexander Costa replaced Luca Espinar. Miroslaw Mindykowski kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When Honduras's Sebastian Villa in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Boreham Wood FC's goalie prevented a goal.
