Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Grzegorz Siekierski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edin Džeko in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match GeRaÇãO-83 got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Silas de Lima ran over to the corner to take the kick. Edin Džeko made a great header on GeRaÇãO-83's corner, it was just that Mexico's Dante Lacasa managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 14th minute, Medero Gadea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, GeRaÇãO-83's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Grzegorz Siekierski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Macos Graciani made in the 22nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luca Zorita however managed to control. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edin Džeko in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alberto Tafalla took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Grzegorz Siekierski. Grzegorz Siekierski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Grzegorz Siekierski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

In the 53rd minute of the match Mexico got a corner. GeRaÇãO-83's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Luca Zorita heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Grzegorz Siekierski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Medero Gadea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Siekierski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Medero Gadea in the 68th minute of play. In the 72nd minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Grzegorz Siekierski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Macos Graciani got a free kick in the 78th minute. Grzegorz Siekierski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 80th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edin Džeko in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Macos Graciani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The GeRaÇãO-83 support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
