Wieslaw Roman came out of the goal and Primitivo Escribano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wieslaw Roman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Pardo in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Primitivo Escribano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wieslaw Roman. KRK BULLS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Primitivo Escribano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When Hugon Narbut fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KRK BULLS's protests and gave Hugon Narbut a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute, Hugon Narbut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Pardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Wieslaw Roman made a huge save. Wieslaw Roman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Diego Tenorio in the 17th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Jaime Pardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Pardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wieslaw Roman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hector Covarrubias scored 2-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wieslaw Roman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 32 minutes into the game, when Hugon Knopek put in a rough tackle. Ivan Prats made in the 37th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jaime Pardo however managed to control. If Hector Covarrubias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 40 minutes into the game, Hector Covarrubias recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wieslaw Roman. Hector Covarrubias showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 47th minute of play forced KRK BULLS's goalkeeper Wieslaw Roman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Jose Sanz made in the 51st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Hector Covarrubias. Wieslaw Roman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Covarrubias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 55th minute of play forced KRK BULLS's goalkeeper Wieslaw Roman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wieslaw Roman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 56th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jaime Pardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wieslaw Roman was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Hector Covarrubias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wieslaw Roman having to interfere. Wieslaw Roman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Pardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Wieslaw Roman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hector Covarrubias went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 71st minute, Hector Covarrubias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wieslaw Roman was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After some careless play in the KRK BULLS defense, Hector Covarrubias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wieslaw Roman. The KRK BULLS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wieslaw Roman should have stopped the shot. In the 79th minute, Jaime Pardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wieslaw Roman was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. If Primitivo Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind KRK BULLS's goalkeeper Wieslaw Roman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Hector Covarrubias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wieslaw Roman. KRK BULLS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hector Covarrubias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. The audience was convinced that Primitivo Escribano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wieslaw Roman was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Paraguay walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
