Kacper Malewicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FC Harnaś Sanok booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Noboa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute Wincent Furtok shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Tasis to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, FC Harnaś Sanok's Mieszko Solecki got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 27th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Puig to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Axel Tasis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Izydor Orszak took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 44 minutes into the match, FC Harnaś Sanok's goalkeeper Mikolaj Malewicki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Puig. In the 44th match minute, FC Harnaś Sanok was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukasz Kaczynski to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Puig. Lautaro Puig's late challenge caught a FC Harnaś Sanok's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lautaro Puig helped the player get up and apologised. After 54 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Puig. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Harnaś Sanok's goalkeeper Mikolaj Malewicki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Mikolaj Malewicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lucjan Gierasik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Kacper Malewicki sent off a good shot on target. Mikolaj Malewicki came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa. But to his dismay, Eliseo Noboa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Kacper Malewicki sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute, Marian Gardocki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Benito Sanz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lucjan Gierasik. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izydor Orszak in the 93rd minute of play. Lautaro Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikolaj Malewicki having to interfere. When the match was over FC Harnaś Sanok could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Costa Rica throughout the match.
