Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valiente Venezian got free with Dante Lacasa in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when William de Castro sent off a good shot on target. After 13 minutes, Ricardinho Sousa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cercadinho and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cercadinho's Ricardinho Sousa got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 18th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Luca Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cercadinho's Mugurel Zota did a great save. Mugurel Zota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 24th minute of play. After 30 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Rouco. After 32 minutes, Valiente Venezian made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd minute, Valiente Venezian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Luca Zorita hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valiente Venezian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Cercadinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William de Castro to maneuver through the defense. Mugurel Zota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 56 minutes Cercadinho's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Mexico's Facundo Cadaval getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Cercadinho's Jailson Mazza was substituted for Luisinho Vinhas. In the 59th match minute, Cercadinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardinho Sousa to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Cercadinho's Jailson Mazza got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugurel Zota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cercadinho's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Mexico's Luca Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Mugurel Zota despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mexico's Facundo Cadaval managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Izydor Domamir in the 64 minute of the game. Valiente Venezian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mugurel Zota came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdulkadir Turay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute Abdulkadir Turay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valiente Venezian in the 93rd minute of the match. Mexico were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
