Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) William de Castro made the kick off and thus started the match. After 3 minutes, Izydor Domamir mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cercadinho and the Chile players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Tamayo in the 4th minute of play forced Cercadinho's goalkeeper Mugurel Zota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego was a little too slow when William de Castro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valiente Venezian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Alan Tamayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mugurel Zota narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute of the match, Valiente Venezian tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Thiago Pliego saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A sloppy throw-in by Enrique Gerber in the 34th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Chile's Jose Manzanedo. In the 36th minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Chile's Pedro Indiano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Izydor Domamir in the 43 minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 55th minute of play forced Cercadinho's goalkeeper Mugurel Zota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Mariano Lacasa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mugurel Zota. The goal made the score 2-3. Cercadinho made a substitution. Jailson Mazza replaced Luisinho Vinhas. Mugurel Zota made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. After 65 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mugurel Zota was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mugurel Zota having to make a save. In the 69th minute Valiente Venezian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mugurel Zota narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Mugurel Zota successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 74 minutes into the match, Cercadinho's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Mugurel Zota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Mugurel Zota made a huge save. When Chile's Mariano Lacasa in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cercadinho's goalie prevented a goal. Mugurel Zota was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Orlando Casaus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Orlando Casaus really showed his touch with that goal: 2-5. 87 minutes in the game, Orlando Casaus fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mugurel Zota having to interfere. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mugurel Zota read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. A collision led to Cercadinho getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. William de Castro hit a great ball. After 92 minutes, Ricardinho Sousa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cercadinho and the Chile players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cercadinho's Ricardinho Sousa got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Jose Manzanedo made in the 96th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Orlando Casaus. Chile played a much better game than Cercadinho and deserved their victory. The Cercadinho players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
