Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolf Putin in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thanos Kopitsis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Adolf Putin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. Thanos Kopitsis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 25th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Tomas Berganza put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Thanos Kopitsis. Matthew Garrido made in the 29th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by OLYMPIOS ZEUS's Luke Tovar. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Panama's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abraham Alguacil in the 36th minute. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
