Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luís Gustavo Pimenta took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Mesere's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Cai Fei Cheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cai Fei Cheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Mesere getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Serafin Cernadas hit a great ball. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Behe Ruisuarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 23 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafin Cernadas got free with Dante Lacasa in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cai Fei Cheng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Cai Fei Cheng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Luca Rouco fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mexico's protests and gave Luca Rouco a yellow card for diving instead. Mesere made a substitution. Mustafa Emrah Vahip replaced Serafin Cernadas. In the 45th minute, Luca Rouco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cai Fei Cheng. Cai Fei Cheng dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Cai Fei Cheng in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Innocenzio Barcenas kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Mesere's Cai Fei Cheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 62nd minute of play. Cai Fei Cheng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Mancebo went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Cai Fei Cheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 72nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Felix Luque got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Anatoli Búnev sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Mexico's Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Inko Sagrario fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mesere's protests and gave Inko Sagrario a yellow card for diving instead. Inko Sagrario hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cai Fei Cheng came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Mancebo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 86th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Cai Fei Cheng in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mustafa Emrah Vahip went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The supporters of Mexico booed when Mesere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ventzislav Slúnchev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mexico played a much better game than Mesere and deserved their victory. The Mesere players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
