After 3 minutes of play, BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's Filiberto Normando made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Sebastian Markowski hit a great ball. Epifanio Xacintu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Markowski in the 11th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's Epifanio Xacintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 13th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Epifanio Xacintu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 16 minutes into the match, BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Epifanio Xacintu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Epifanio Xacintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Eddie Van Halen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Epifanio Xacintu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 38th minute of play forced BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's goalkeeper Epifanio Xacintu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Epifanio Xacintu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filiberto Normando made a kick off. After 53 played minutes BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Pueblo. In the 54th minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Epifanio Xacintu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sebastian Markowski was shown his second yellow card after 54 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 55 played minutes BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Markowski. After having played for 56 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 60th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Epifanio Xacintu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Zorita during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiberto Normando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes in the game, Luis Andino fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Epifanio Xacintu having to interfere. Nicolas Pueblo charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Pueblo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's Nicolas Pueblo got a free kick in the 75th minute. Filiberto Normando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Epifanio Xacintu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
