Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Morgan Asklund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th match minute, FC Troligt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Tidén to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Tidén. FC Troligt's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Robert Sangrigoli in the 27th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Aron Sundberg sent off a good shot on target. Robert Sangrigoli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 40th minute by Angelino Nabar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Robert Sangrigoli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Robert Sangrigoli slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, FC Troligt's goalkeeper Morgan Asklund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of FC Troligt:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Venezuela:s goal. It was a well-played corner which Jonathan Venegas managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 56 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Morgan Asklund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Morgan Asklund made a huge save. Jose Correa hit a great ball. 96 minutes in the game Joar Apelqvist did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Aron Sundberg. FC Troligt's Robert Sangrigoli got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the FC Troligt players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
