In the 9th minute, Gigi Arosculesei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ares FC -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Stanley Wallace hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Hurezan in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Ares FC -MM- were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
