Mariano Lacasa scored 1-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miguel Orlondon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind PICCOLE PESTI's goalkeeper Miguel Orlondon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Miguel Orlondon made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Orlondon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ettore Varglien in the 27th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Varglien in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Angel Berenguer fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PICCOLE PESTI's protests and gave Angel Berenguer a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, PICCOLE PESTI's Angel Berenguer got a free kick in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. Miguel Orlondon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Bernardino Vedillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Bernardino Vedillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Varglien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 minutes Chile's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fortunato Brini who took care of the corner kick. PICCOLE PESTI made a substitution. Amedeo Giacomini replaced Ettore Varglien. Guillermo Fontirroig hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Amedeo Giacomini sent off a good shot on target. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amedeo Giacomini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Amedeo Giacomini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When PICCOLE PESTI's Amedeo Giacomini in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. When the final whistle went the supporters of PICCOLE PESTI were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Chile side.
