After having played for 10 minutes, Fernando Rivera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. mesehor FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Rivera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Rivera in the 11th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares was a little too slow when Arif Tugay Tüzün got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. When Fernando Rivera came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the mesehor FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Rivera couldn't finish the play. Abram Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Abram Sarmiento took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulises Marquez. Ulises Marquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abram Sarmiento to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, mesehor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Ulises Marquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Rivera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to mesehor FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Arda Baybars Arslanoğlu hit a great ball. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The mesehor FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Rivera in the 77th minute of play. Naim Süleymanoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naim Süleymanoğlu in the 83rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Colombia's Ignacio Mastache in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 87th minute Naim Süleymanoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulises Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by mesehor FC's Naim Süleymanoğlu. But to his dismay, Naim Süleymanoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Ulises Marquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Mastache in the 95th minute of play.
