Thomas Rogne made in the 14th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Patrik Skark. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Skark in the 15th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes Blue Angels got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Skark. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Markus Berg in the 27th minute of play. Angel-Enrique Comizzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play. Oscar Lindström hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blue Angels's goalkeeper Angel-Enrique Comizzo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 43 minutes into the game, Thomas Rogne threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Alonso Berganza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice moves Julian Murillo could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Angel-Enrique Comizzo however easily saved by the left post. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alf Björk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Blue Angels's Angel-Enrique Comizzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 58th minute of play. Angel-Enrique Comizzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Angel-Enrique Comizzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 66th minute of the match. Luz Tejedor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute, Aleksandar Ivanov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Blue Angels getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Markus Berg hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Angel-Enrique Comizzo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Blue Angels made a substitution. Robin Söder replaced Oscar Lindström. 79 minutes into the game, Hassan Yusuf threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Alonso Berganza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Angel-Enrique Comizzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 80th minute of the match. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Thomas Rogne made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Angel-Enrique Comizzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 94th minute of play.
