Nacho Gonzalez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abram Sarmiento made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in El Gallo de Moron's zone, Axel Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nacho Gonzalez came out of the goal and Axel Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Cubillos made a great header on El Gallo de Moron's corner, it was just that Colombia's Pedro Manzanares managed to reach the ball for a save. El Gallo de Moron's Nacho Gonzalez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 70th minute of play. Axel Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nacho Gonzalez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play.
