Steaua Nordului's Francisc Zberea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Steaua Nordului from getting a goal against them. 65 minutes into the game, Jonathan Alphonse recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Francisc Zberea. Jonathan Alphonse showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Francisc Zberea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Alphonse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haiti's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Alphonse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisc Zberea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Steaua Nordului fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Haiti were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
