Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anestis Tzougarakis kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 5 minutes, PAOK's Makis Papaikonomou got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. 8 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Nasos Patakos came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nasos Patakos in the 10th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, PAOK's Markos Lazakis got a free kick in the 16th minute. A throw-in in the 24th minute of the game was made by Markos Lazakis with Isidoros Saloufidis as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giorgos Tomaras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PAOK's Anestis Tzougarakis was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 30th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Anestis Tzougarakis took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Nasos Patakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Mina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PAOK the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Nasos Patakos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Nasos Patakos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patricio Costa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoros Saloufidis came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nasos Patakos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aimilios Eleftheriadis was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Markos Lazakis got a throw-in 59 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Isidoros Saloufidis. In the 63rd minute Nasos Patakos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by PAOK's Anestis Tzougarakis. But to his dismay, Anestis Tzougarakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. PAOK made a substitution. Stratos Bourantas replaced Grigoris Kalabakas. Anestis Tzougarakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 77 played minutes PAOK got a freekick which was hit by Panos Kornelakis. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nasos Patakos went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. 91 minutes in the game Panos Kornelakis did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Isidoros Saloufidis. Anestis Tzougarakis took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for PAOK.
