Patricio Mayol made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Goel Mahal sent off a good shot on target. Alifonso Elorreaga charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alifonso Elorreaga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jarne Vrancken in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patricio Mayol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Patricio Mayol had great luck who in the 6thth minute grab hold of the ball when Cristian Miccoli from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Cristian Miccoli sped through Cobresal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Patricio Mayol. After 12 played minutes Cobresal got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Roldán. In the 16th minute, Lester Sanfuentes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Todor Latinov came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Anga FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Todor Latinov couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Anga FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Erasmo Cilio hit a great ball. Cobresal's Patricio Mayol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Bartoleme in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Xavi Thayer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cobresal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anga FC the free kick. After 23 played minutes Cobresal got a freekick which was hit by Xavi Thayer. Goel Mahal succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 24th playminute. Patricio Mayol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Miccoli in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Cobresal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavi Thayer to maneuver through the defense. Patricio Mayol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Miccoli in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Anga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Elija to maneuver through the defense. Xavi Thayer hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 43rd match minute, Anga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Cilio to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Baldovino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvador Roldán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Goel Mahal charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Goel Mahal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jackie Chan was the one to do the kick off. Patricio Mayol came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Anga FC's Jarne Vrancken. But to his dismay, Jarne Vrancken quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 56 minutes into the game, when Erasmo Cilio put in a rough tackle. Erasmo Cilio kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Cobresal's Renato Cesarini shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 58th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tomas Baldovino but with some difficulty. In the 59th minute, Celino Alico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Todor Latinov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patricio Mayol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Jarne Vrancken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Patricio Mayol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 66 minutes, Marcial Quintyn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anga FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Quintyn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anga FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Todor Latinov in the 76th minute. Todor Latinov took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Patricio Mayol. Cobresal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alifonso Elorreaga kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Cobresal's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Quintyn came free, but Patricio Mayol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patricio Mayol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Bartoleme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Piorno in the 91st minute of play forced Cobresal's goalkeeper Patricio Mayol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Anga FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
