Buba Lopez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchazadec Alire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Buba Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Weather Albalate in the 16th minute of play. After 17 played minutes Loco Team FC got a freekick which was hit by Eli Manzano. Buba Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchazadec Alire in the 24th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Loco Team FC's Melchazadec Alire sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Buba Lopez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gaspard Abeita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Larios, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 32nd match minute, ★ Lobos FC ★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erick Santamaria to maneuver through the defense. ★ Lobos FC ★'s Rafael Alvarenga was substituted for Salvador Olmedo. In the 35th match minute, Loco Team FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eli Manzano to maneuver through the defense. Fidel Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Ibar Baroja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Buba Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rolando Larios to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Larios in the 56th minute of play forced Loco Team FC's goalkeeper Gaspard Abeita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Weather Albalate recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Melchazadec Alire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Buba Lopez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, ★ Lobos FC ★'s Buba Lopez got control of the ball when Weather Albalate tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 67 played minutes Loco Team FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Avina. ★ Lobos FC ★'s Fidel Mondragon was substituted for Rafael Alvarenga. In the 73rd minute, Mero Minguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the game, Erick Santamaria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Gaspard Abeita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Jairo Navas fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ★ Lobos FC ★'s protests and gave Jairo Navas a yellow card for diving instead. Jairo Navas hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Berenguer Cuñat, 86 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Buba Lopez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ibar Baroja in the 95th minute. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.

The supporters of Loco Team FC booed when ★ Lobos FC ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 104 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erick Santamaria didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erick Santamaria in the 114th minute of play forced Loco Team FC's goalkeeper Gaspard Abeita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half of extra-time was a real thriller. Both teams had created chances, but they were still tied when the whistle blew. The players were able to take a short breather during the short break.

Buba Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ibar Baroja in the 127th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Loco Team FC's Buba Lopez threw himself towards the right post 129 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Melchazadec Alire, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Melchazadec Alire received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Buba Lopez came out and tried to block the shot, but Melchazadec Alire slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 133rd minute. When the final whistle sounded Loco Team FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ★ Lobos FC ★.
