Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robbin van Persie, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. TeamSystem's Hasan Ceceli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, one of Costa Rica:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 19 minutes, TeamSystem's Arda Göksel Usalan got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Benito Sanz. When TeamSystem's Robbin van Persie in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. 24 minutes into the match, TeamSystem's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Puig came free, but Hasan Ceceli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Robbin van Persie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robbin van Persie went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the match, Robbin van Persie notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Efrain Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind TeamSystem's goalkeeper Hasan Ceceli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Robbin van Persie received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Robbin van Persie slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 43rd minute. Robbin van Persie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Robbin van Persie managed to get in a good position for a shot. TeamSystem's supporters rose to their feet, but Robbin van Persie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 54 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Robbin van Persie came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robbin van Persie in the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Robbin van Persie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robbin van Persie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. After a defensive mix-up in TeamSystem's zone, Axel Tasis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hasan Ceceli came out of the goal and Axel Tasis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robbin van Persie went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by TeamSystem's Robbin van Persie. But to his dismay, Robbin van Persie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robbin van Persie in the 80th minute of play. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robbin van Persie, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The supporters of TeamSystem booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 89 minutes of play, TeamSystem's Robbin van Persie made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 92 minutes into the match, Robbin van Persie notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. TeamSystem's Robbin van Persie got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that TeamSystem were the better team. TeamSystem's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
