Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Alex Potra's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alex Potra helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 6 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute, Sebastian Villa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Augustin Jivulescu made in the 14th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Teodor Oneț. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 17 minutes, Cristian Albu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fotbal Club Vaslui and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Honduras booed when Fotbal Club Vaslui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Albu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Răduț came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th match minute, Fotbal Club Vaslui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augustin Jivulescu to maneuver through the defense. Marcel Bântu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes, Edmundo Espiga made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Marcel Bântu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th minute, Edmundo Espiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcel Bântu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 42nd minute, Sebastian Villa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcel Bântu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 46th minute of play forced Fotbal Club Vaslui's goalkeeper Marcel Bântu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emilian Todoran to strike the kick off in the second half. Luca Espinar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augustin Jivulescu hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Honduras's Sebastian Villa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Bamidele Monday Vennegoor Of Hesselink struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fotbal Club Vaslui. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcel Bântu came out and tried to block the shot, but Sebastian Villa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 79th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Augustin Jivulescu in the 91st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcel Bântu came out and tried to block the shot, but Edmundo Espiga slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 93rd minute. The Fotbal Club Vaslui fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Honduras were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
