Damiano Di Nucci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Ferdinando Di Camillos short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 20 minutes in the game Eugenio Boccanera did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ferdinando Di Camillo. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Baciadonne in the 21st minute of the match. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute of the match Dino Baciadonne shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tomas Illescas scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beppe Puce, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Baciadonne in the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Coriano FC's Ferdinando Di Camillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 41 minutes into the match, Coriano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Beppe Puce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coriano FC's Dino Baciadonne got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ferdinando Di Camillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Baciadonne came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute Ferdinando Di Camillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Coriano FC's Dino Baciadonne nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 66th minute, one of Venezuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Venezuela. The referee gave Coriano FC a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ferdinando Di Camillo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Baciadonne in the 70th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dino Baciadonne took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 74th minute Dino Baciadonne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Baciadonne in the 75th minute of play. After 77 minutes of play, Coriano FC's Damiano Di Nucci made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Dino Baciadonne managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coriano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dino Baciadonne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 86th minute. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Corrado Baciadonne sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. 95 minutes into the game, Dino Baciadonne cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Coriano FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
