Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Honduras's Sebastian Villa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by 柯树崇 in the 21 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 22nd minute of play forced 黄华路欢乐队's goalkeeper 严昆晨 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zhao Wei Yi kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 孟益彬 to make the kick off. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Moises Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 严昆晨 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Honduras's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
