Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Matthäus in the 6th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Leon Matthäus took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Pedro Manzanares to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abram Sarmiento in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Primo Speranza saved Academia 1903 from getting behind. If Jeremias Ezkerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Samuel Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes in the game Orlando Tafalla did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Santino Seco. Leon Matthäus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Primo Speranza came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Axel Montenegro. But to his dismay, Axel Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Pascual Carballar made in the 31st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Axel Montenegro however managed to control. Leon Matthäus received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Manzanares came out and tried to block the shot, but Leon Matthäus slotted it home off the left post making it 4-2 in the 33rd minute. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Matthäus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primo Speranza having to interfere. Leon Matthäus struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Academia 1903. 44 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leon Matthäus. In the 45th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primo Speranza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leon Matthäus was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primo Speranza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colombia's Kevin Mastache managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Carlos Figueroa in the 57 minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Primo Speranza successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Primo Speranza came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Joshua Garrido. But to his dismay, Joshua Garrido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Academia 1903's Timoteo Columbo was substituted for Leon Matthäus. Jakub Fedor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Academia 1903's goalkeeper Primo Speranza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abram Secada. With a little luck, Academia 1903's Primo Speranza got control of the ball when Abram Secada tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Academia 1903 getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Marco Rincón hit a great ball. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Columbo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Colombia's Ignacio Mastache slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Primo Speranza. That made the score 4-4 after 86 minutes of play. A sloppy throw-in by Carlos Figueroa in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. Abram Secada received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Primo Speranza came out and tried to block the shot, but Abram Secada slotted it home off the left post making it 4-5 in the 93rd minute. Colombia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
