Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Viggo Jönsätt took the kick off in the first half of the match. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Zorro's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Lautaro Mancebo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ivan Sjögren quite easily take care of the ball. After 12 minutes, Måns Holmberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Zorro and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th match minute, FC Zorro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Måns Holmberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Alberto Tafalla made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Sjögren. FC Zorro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 21 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fathoni Andrich. In the 22ndth minute of the game Fathoni Andrich who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fathoni Andrich in the 26th minute of the match. Ivan Sjögren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Alberto Tafalla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 34 minutes into the match, Viggo Jönsätt notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Viggo Jönsätt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Dante Lacasa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 42 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivan Sjögren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Alberto Tafalla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivan Sjögren having to make a save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Ivan Sjögren made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Ivan Sjögren threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 57th minute of play forced FC Zorro's goalkeeper Ivan Sjögren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Gaona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivan Sjögren having to make a save. In the 64th minute, Lautaro Mancebo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ivan Sjögren. The goal made the score 2-5. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Ivan Sjögren however easily saved by the left post. Facundo Cadaval hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viggo Jönsätt, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fathoni Andrich in the 75th minute of the match. 77 minutes in the game, Alberto Tafalla fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ivan Sjögren having to interfere. After 82 minutes FC Zorro's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. Ivan Sjögren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 84th minute of play. Ivan Sjögren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luca Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-7 in the 88 minute of play. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Zorro throughout the match.
