El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Augusto Messias in the 40th minute of play. Dinei Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The El Salvador players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ViraLataCaramelo U18 were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moises Fernandino made a kick off. Moises Fernandino's late challenge caught a ViraLataCaramelo U18's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moises Fernandino helped the player get up and apologised. Moises Fernandino kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After having played for 52 minutes, José Augusto Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ViraLataCaramelo U18's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Augusto Messias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Moises Fernandino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eliseu Chaves was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. ViraLataCaramelo U18's Eliseu Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Fernandino in the 58th minute of play. With a little luck, El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita got control of the ball when José Augusto Messias tried to sneak it across the goal line. José Augusto Messias in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ViraLataCaramelo U18 the free kick. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Abram Luque hit a great ball. In the 76th minute of the game Pedro Paulo Cosme made a throw-in which Dinei Guerra played forward. Jorge Magrina charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Magrina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 80 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Magrina. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Fernandino in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eliseu Chaves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 87 minutes, Moises Fernandino made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. ViraLataCaramelo U18's Eliseu Chaves tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Moises Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Chaves having to interfere.
