CabaretVoltaire's Aurelio Vierchowod played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 22nd minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aurelio Vierchowod in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of CabaretVoltaire booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armin Manzi scored 1-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. CabaretVoltaire's Aurelio Vierchowod played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 44th minute of play.

Aurelio Vierchowod showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 57th minute of the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filippo Nazzari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Vierchowod having to interfere. In the 67th match minute, CabaretVoltaire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damiano Palma to maneuver through the defense. CabaretVoltaire's Camillo Pollastrini was substituted for Armin Manzi.
