Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Durvalino Soeiro kicked off to start the match. SANTOS F.C's Cauã Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 7th minute of play. After 8 played minutes SANTOS F.C got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo Cerezo. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauã Domingues having to interfere. In the 14th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauã Domingues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SANTOS F.C's Cauã Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 19th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, SANTOS F.C's Valério Rossi got a free kick in the 24th minute. Cauã Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute Abel Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauã Domingues having to interfere. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luca Rouco hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 53rd match minute, SANTOS F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmo Cerezo to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, Lautaro Mancebo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cauã Domingues. The goal made the score 0-2. Cauã Domingues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 60 minutes in the game, Lautaro Mancebo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cauã Domingues having to interfere. A collision led to SANTOS F.C getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Faustão Queiroz hit a great ball. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cauã Domingues was a little too slow when Alberto Tafalla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-4. In the 71st minute Durvalino Soeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauã Domingues having to interfere. The Mexico fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Mexico's Alberto Tafalla looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Cauã Domingues made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Joel Gaona slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cauã Domingues. That made the score 0-6 after 85 minutes of play. Daniel Portillo hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Cauã Domingues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Teodoro Maranhense kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
