Ronny Kamløv's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Toke Herrig made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Otto Champ. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 57th minute of play forced O-TT-O's goalkeeper Otto Champ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, O-TT-O's Thorsten Søndermølle got a free kick in the 61st minute. Otto Champ made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Otto Champ made a huge save. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
