After 28 minutes of play, ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡'s Carlos Herrera made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bartolo Idacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 32nd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Carlos Herrera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Herrera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Carlos Herrera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Herrera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anibal Rubio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Herrera in the 54th minute of play. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
