Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Vachon Camaño didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Vachon Camaño came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Facundo Cadaval. But to his dismay, Facundo Cadaval quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 14 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Vachon Camaño. 17 minutes into the game, Facundo Cadaval cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Vachon Camaño was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lautaro Mancebo scored 5-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vachon Camaño, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nardo Tuo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Favila Heras's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Favila Heras helped the player get up and apologised. After 30 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Erroman Delgado. With a little luck, Sporting Buceo's Vachon Camaño got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Sporting Buceo defense, Luca Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vachon Camaño. The Sporting Buceo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vachon Camaño should have stopped the shot. When Favila Heras was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. After 45 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Favila Heras. 46 minutes into the game, Alberto Tafalla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Vachon Camaño was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nardo Tuo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Mancebo to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Jaizki Colina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jaizki Colina scored 7-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 59 minutes of play, Mexico's Luca Zorita made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vachon Camaño was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Sporting Buceo's Vachon Camaño. Vachon Camaño was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 70 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vachon Camaño made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-1. Vachon Camaño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 72nd minute of the match. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mexico's Leonardo Leoz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nardo Tuo in the 76 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Sidoro Romeu got a free kick in the 77th minute. The supporters of Mexico booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piearres Somiedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Vachon Camaño didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mexico fully deserved thier win.
