Ignacio Mastache received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bengt-Arne Askstedt came out and tried to block the shot, but Ignacio Mastache slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 92nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santino Seco during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Colombia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
