Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Victoria Września's Dacian Dinescu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 12 minutes, Fery Priyatno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Victoria Września and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Victoria Września was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszko Lanczak to maneuver through the defense. Lucjan Trzaskoma acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 17th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Axel Tasis. 17 minutes into the game Axel Tasis kicked a great long shot which passed Lucjan Trzaskoma straight ahead into the goal, Result 1-0. One couldn't see Axel Tasis behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. When Victoria Września's Dacian Dinescu in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. Juan Rubio charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Rubio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Victoria Września booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fery Priyatno scored 1-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Dacian Dinescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izydor Kalak in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Alcocer to maneuver through the defense. After 32 minutes, Dacian Dinescu made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute, Zygmunt Jajecznica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Izydor Kalak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Izydor Kalak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dacian Dinescu in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izydor Kalak in the 56th minute of play. Dacian Dinescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Costa Rica fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Costa Rica's Axel Tasis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 62 minutes, Abel Carballo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Victoria Września players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Dacian Dinescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute Izydor Kalak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute of the match, Dacian Dinescu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benito Sanz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Carballo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 77 minutes into the match. After 77 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute, Michal Wachna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis tried to score from far away in the 91st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball. Victoria Września's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
