Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Robin Sharma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, USA's Diego Bradley got a free kick in the 34th minute. Robin Sharma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Fabian Brown hit a great ball. Robin Sharma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Karol Panasewicz made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Blue Mountain State got a freekick which was hit by Aykut Aşkın. A collision led to Blue Mountain State getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Karol Panasewicz hit a great ball. Blue Mountain State's Gökcan Bergin was substituted for Turgut Şimşek. Blue Mountain State's George Popescu was substituted for Tang Yang Le. In the 66th minute, USA's Monty Rogers dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Blue Mountain State's Robin Sharma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Blue Mountain State from getting a goal against them. Diego Bradley kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Robin Sharma made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Sam Campbell sent off a good shot on target. Robin Sharma came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by USA's Sam Campbell. But to his dismay, Sam Campbell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Robin Sharma was a little too slow when Khalid Parry got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 1-4. George Popescu hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Robin Sharma made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Sam Campbell sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st minute Lionel-Andrés Messi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robin Sharma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khalid Parry in the 93rd minute of the match.
