Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lucas Grijander took the kick off in the first half of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ciruel Academy's Jacob Alavedra. Jacob Alavedra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 17 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jacob Alavedra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Alavedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Jacob Alavedra. Ciruel Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 36th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Alavedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacob Alavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 39th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julio Roca in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute of the match Ciruel Academy got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Julio Roca ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Nicolás Elenes managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 43rd minute, Lorenzo Cazalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacob Alavedra came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. After 55 minutes of play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacob Alavedra was left in no man's land by his defense there! 59 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolás Elenes came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacob Alavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 61st minute of play. When Lucas Grijander came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Ciruel Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Grijander couldn't finish the play. Lucas Grijander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. In the 68th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Alavedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benicio Mimica kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolás Elenes in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolás Elenes, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Lucas Grijander hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ciruel Academy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Ciruel Academy's Jacob Alavedra managed to reach the ball for a save. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Jacob Alavedra successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Jacob Alavedra made a huge save. Jacob Alavedra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Zuberbuhler Gordo charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zuberbuhler Gordo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Mexico booed when Ciruel Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zuberbuhler Gordo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ciruel Academy throughout the match.
