In the 6th minute, Guter Tobia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rolando Noboa. The goal made the score 1-0. After some careless play in the Aves Negras defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcial Bakar. The Aves Negras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcial Bakar should have stopped the shot. Marcial Bakar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcial Bakar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 18th minute of the match. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Guter Tobia sent off a good shot on target. Aves Negras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Enrique Perico in the 30th minute. In the 33rdth minute of the game Luz Tejedor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aves Negras's Marcial Bakar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcial Bakar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 36th minute of the match. Emmanuel Reyes kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guter Tobia to strike the kick off in the second half. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guter Tobia's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Guter Tobia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Aves Negras made a substitution. Aaron Gallagher replaced Humberto Urtsin. After 64 minutes Peru's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enrique Perico who took care of the corner kick. In the 67th minute, Guter Tobia made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Aves Negras made a substitution. Horacio Matro replaced Tamer Yalçıner. Aves Negras's Efrain Artal was substituted for Guter Tobia. In the 74th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Alvarado to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute, Efrain Artal made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Peru's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Aves Negras had won, even though Peru had held more of the ball.
