After having played for 25 minutes, Karlus Waugh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The supporters of ViraLataCaramelo U18 booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamaall Padmore didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, José Augusto Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Demonde Jacobson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute, Iuri Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 47 in the game by Finlay Stair from a close distance when the talented Eliseu Chaves managed to make a qualified save. ViraLataCaramelo U18's players were relieved. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for José Augusto Messias to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 74th minute Finlay Stair shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Demonde Jacobson made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when José Augusto Messias sent off a good shot on target. Eliseu Chaves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jarell Hill's shot from short distance in the 79th minute.
