Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 9th minute of play forced Oakcroft Thrashers's goalkeeper Christoffer Modig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Ingemar Jonasson came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hugo Hellgren in the 19 minute of the game. Ingemar Jonasson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ingemar Jonasson. After having played for 29 minutes, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Mina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Oakcroft Thrashers booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christoffer Modig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 32nd minute of the match. Luz Tejedor didn't quite understand what happened when in the 43 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When Eliseo Mina fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peru's protests and gave Eliseo Mina a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Eliseo Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julian Murillo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Christoffer Modig firmly grabbed it by the left post. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 62nd minute. With a little luck, Oakcroft Thrashers's Christoffer Modig got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Milagros Fraga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 76 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Efraim Gilabert. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Hugo Hellgren made in the 81st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Ingemar Jonasson charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ingemar Jonasson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ingemar Jonasson kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 91st minute of the match Oakcroft Thrashers got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ludwig Ståhlman ran over to the corner to take the kick. Oakcroft Thrashers's Ludwig Ståhlman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rolando Noboa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A sloppy throw-in by Benigno Jerrold in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Despite being the better team, Peru failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
