Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in La Vieja Guarida FC's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Erroman came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes into the match, Faustino Lizar notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Vieja Guarida FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 22 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apolo Erroman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Apolo Erroman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Yağızhan Korgan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Apolo Erroman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yağızhan Korgan in the 31st minute of play. In the 35th minute, Aurelio Diegotxe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute, Raul Quinteros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Facundo Cadaval hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yağızhan Korgan was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 52nd minute of play forced La Vieja Guarida FC's goalkeeper Apolo Erroman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Apolo Erroman. La Vieja Guarida FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 62 minutes into the match, Raul Quinteros notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. La Vieja Guarida FC made a substitution. Wladyslaw Mikulski replaced Zacarias Iigo. In the 68th minute of the match La Vieja Guarida FC got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Raul Quinteros ran over to the corner to take the kick. 73 minutes into the match, La Vieja Guarida FC's goalkeeper Apolo Erroman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. In the 76th minute Raul Quinteros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yağızhan Korgan in the 86th minute of play. After 93 played minutes La Vieja Guarida FC got a freekick which was hit by Elias Ereinotz. La Vieja Guarida FC made a substitution. Emanuel Oliviero replaced Mariusz Chlapowski. After a rather tough play, La Vieja Guarida FC's Elias Ereinotz got a free kick in the 95th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mexico eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
