Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Sirius Dog's Gervasio Chano started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Cugat, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Urbano Lapurdi made a throw-in in the 12th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Sirius Dog's Donato Garaona got a free kick in the 15th minute. Julian Murillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeronimo Millan having to make a save. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Urbano Lapurdi in the 30 minute of the game. In the 34th minute, Norberto Cugat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeronimo Millan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Luz Tejedor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jeronimo Millan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jeronimo Millan came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Luz Tejedor. But to his dismay, Luz Tejedor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After the first half Peru were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. Jeronimo Millan made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. In the 60th minute, Milagros Fraga fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jeronimo Millan, passed just outside the right post. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Terje Sundberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the game, Urbano Lapurdi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Jeronimo Millan made a huge save. In the 66thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sirius Dog's Jeronimo Millan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervasio Chano, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Urbano Lapurdi in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Jeronimo Millan in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 79 minutes into the game, Peru's Luz Tejedor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeronimo Millan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervasio Chano, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. After 88 minutes Peru's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Milan Svobodník who took care of the corner kick. Sirius Dog's Milan Svobodník was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rolando Noboa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 90 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeronimo Millan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Chano in the 93rd minute of play. Jeronimo Millan made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Antonio Tenorio sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Peru had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
