Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Edmundo Espiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Arnaldo Delpiano made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 66th minute of play forced CD.AUKINKO's goalkeeper Arnaldo Delpiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honduras's Luca Espinar got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edmundo Espiga's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Arnaldo Delpiano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Honduras's Edmundo Espiga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arnaldo Delpiano. That made the score 0-3 after 70 minutes of play. In the 78th minute of the match Milagros Cabal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnaldo Delpiano skillfully saved the ball. In the 81st minute Honduras were awarded a corner. Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of CD.AUKINKO's goalie and right to Sebastian Villa. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. CD.AUKINKO's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Arnaldo Delpiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Arnaldo Delpiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 89th minute of the match. Mercurio Bassenge hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
