In the 23rd match minute, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedykt Lanczak to maneuver through the defense. Alexandre Paz Rocha was slow to take the kick. During this time Brazil's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Behzat Tanyeli hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benedykt Lanczak to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Diogo Paim Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Onur-Recep Kıvrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diogo Paim Macedo took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Onur-Recep Kıvrak. Onur-Recep Kıvrak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 58 minutes into the match, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Paz Rocha came free, but Onur-Recep Kıvrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benedykt Lanczak kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ made a substitution. Deng Jie Wei replaced Benedykt Lanczak. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Yağız Macit was substituted for Anastasio Jurdan. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Alexandre Paz Rocha put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Onur-Recep Kıvrak. Deng Jie Wei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Heitor Paim Belluci having to make a save. Heitor Paim Belluci made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Deng Jie Wei sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Brazil booed when Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Behzat Tanyeli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brazil's Renato Pedroso Kimura was substituted for Alexandre Paz Rocha. After 74 played minutes Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ got a freekick which was hit by Behzat Tanyeli. 76 minutes into the match, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Deng Jie Wei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Heitor Paim Belluci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Murilo Barros Rosa made in the 78th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Renato Pedroso Kimura. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Onur-Recep Kıvrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Pedroso Kimura in the 81st minute of play. Onur-Recep Kıvrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murilo Bueno Lobo in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Aguiar Farias in the 88th minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Onur-Recep Kıvrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute of the match Brazil got a corner. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ivo Reis Quadros ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Brazil had played much better football throughout.
