The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedykt Lanczak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Onur-Recep Kıvrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carter George in the 53rd minute of play. In the 70th minute, Veysel Akçay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Canada's Prince Anderson was substituted for Carter George. After 75 minutes Canada's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ahmet Hamdi Baran who took care of the corner kick. Onur-Recep Kıvrak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Dixon in the 76th minute of the match.
