In the 19th minute, Alex Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Witold Gotfryd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 44th minute of play forced OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalkeeper Nicky Williamson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes OS IMPOSSIVEIS got a freekick which was hit by Jerônimo Carvalho. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witold Gotfryd, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 62nd minute, Witold Gotfryd made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Lucas Lopez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Lucas Lopez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Witold Gotfryd came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witold Gotfryd in the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 75th minute. Dedé de Toledo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. A hard shot 81 in the game by Tomas Illescas from a close distance when the talented Nicky Williamson managed to make a qualified save. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's players were relieved. Nicky Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute of the match, Patricio Costa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicky Williamson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
