With a couple of smart ball manuevers Snorri De Hond in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Snorri De Hond got free with Dante Lacasa in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efraim Leizaur having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cordairo Aveo. Thanks to some nice moves Cordairo Aveo could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Dante Lacasa however easily saved by the left post. In the 32nd minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efraim Leizaur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee showed Lorenzo Cazalla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 79 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Cazalla. When Robert Arenberg came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Atunes De Margarita FC⚽️ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Arenberg couldn't finish the play.
