Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after OS IMPOSSIVEIS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Jonathan Venegas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nicky Williamson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 37 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Witold Gotfryd came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Witold Gotfryd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Gotfryd in the 37th minute of play. After having played for 39 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulo Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After having played for 44 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Dedé de Toledo came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the OS IMPOSSIVEIS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dedé de Toledo couldn't finish the play. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orxan Alişanov during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
